REFUNDS and RETURNS

Prescription medicines/products

We cannot allow prescription medicines to be returned for a refund once they have been dispatched by the pharmacy.

If you have unwanted prescription products, please take it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal. 

 

Non-prescription goods

If after receiving your goods, you decide that you no longer wish to use them, then you will have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are returned to us undamaged and unopened. Please first send us an email to info@skincarevv.com prior to sending the items, so we can approve the refund. We will refund you upon receipt of the returned goods minus any postage cost. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to place the order or to the company you made your payment (ClearPay, Laybuy, Klarna). We reserve the right to charge you for any postage and packaging costs incurred. Please include a note in the box stating your name, order number, contact details and your reason for returning the product, to the address below:

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear back in your account. Returns postage cost is covered by the patient.

 

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely.

  1. Proof of Delivery
    Once proof of delivery has been provided by our courier partners, it is not possible to approve any refunds or replacements if you believe the order was not received. In such cases, we advise contacting the delivery company directly to resolve the matter.

  2. No Proof of Delivery
    If we are unable to provide proof of delivery from the courier company, refunds or replacements can be processed directly through our customer service team.

  3. Customer Support
    For assistance, please contact our customer service team at info@skincarevv.com.

  4. Response Time
    Please note that it can take up to 14 days for our team to review and respond to your request regarding undelivered orders. We appreciate your patience during this time.

I received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. 

Refused and undeliverable orders 

All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present, failure to collect, will be refunded minus any delivery costs.
